Meet Rhonda Florence

For more than 37 years, El Dorado County has been home, and for the past 23 years I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. As a local expert and Lifetime Top Achiever, I know the communities, neighborhoods, and unique properties that make this area such a special place to live.

As a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I enjoy helping seniors and their families navigate the downsizing process with compassion and trusted resources.

My husband, Ralph, a retired contractor with more than 25 years of experience in home building and remodeling, supports me by providing insight for cost effective repairs and upgrades. Together, we’ve remodeled and flipped homes, giving our clients an added advantage.

For Buyers: Our expertise is invaluable when it comes to El Dorado County’s unique rural properties and potential issues that may include wells, septic systems, easements, and specific local requirements.

For Sellers: I specialize in Interior Design and provide various levels of staging as necessary, together, we will help you with advice on repairs to showcase your home’s best features and maximize its value and appeal.
